We offer a wide range of de-glazing belts and mats which remove the glaze from the base of the ware after dipping.
These belts and mats are available coated in three different qualities of material:
- Sponge rubber: used in de-glazing Earthenware, Bone China, Porcelain, and Sanitaryware.
- Flock belt: Available in Grey and Black colour. Nylon filaments give a shallow, sharp and clean wipe (popular with tableware producers)
- De-glazing mats: are available for customers who do not use a de-glazing machine.
The belts can be manufactured to fit any de-glazing machines, whether standard or twin-running, with or without V-guides.
